Grade 7 Human Physiology

$30.00

Seventh grade isn’t an easy year, but the curriculum is so rich, it makes all the challenges worth it.

This Human Physiology block is a great example. Going into in-depth study of the form and function of the human body perfectly meets those 7th graders who can be so inward-turning and somewhat self-absorbed (and I mean that in the most loving way.)

This block covers:

  • The Digestive System

  • The Urinary System

  • The Respiratory System

  • The Circulatory System

  • The Reproductive System

This guide shows you just what I did for this block and how I led a group of 24 self-conscious teenagers through discussions that can be more than a little awkward. I was so impressed with how well they handled these difficult topics and how interested and curious they were throughout the 3-week block.

In this guide you’ll find . . .

  • a 22-page pdf document with explanation of main lesson format, an outline for the block, and daily lesson plans (straight from my planner)

  • ideas for review activities

  • images and diagrams that inspired our main lesson pages (I think you’ll find these images and diagrams more useful than photos of the actual main lesson pages my students created.)

  • handouts, reading assignments and questions

  • a block test and quizzes

  • primary and secondary resource suggestions, as well as thematic overview

All of this material is delivered through a DIGITAL FILE that you will download after purchasing. The PayPal Express payment option will automatically lead you through the download process. You will also receive a download link in your email box after the purchase is completed.

Note: There are two files to download for this guide — one with documents and another with images. Make sure you download both.
