Grade 4 Human & Animal # 2
The animal fun continues in this second Human and Animal block! This block included the long-awaited animal project, and my students were beside themselves with excitement!
In this guide, you’ll receive my Animal Project assignment, including the step-by-step process I used to lead my students through this project. I’ve also included some extra resources that made this block fascinating AND a link to the Google Slides presentations I used to present the various animals. (Yes, I showed them slideshows! We were on Zoom, after all!)
We were learning entirely online for this block, though I didn’t find that this format interfered with our typical main lesson rhythm. If we had been in person we might have been able to take up more projects or perform our poems for friends and family, but we worked through the content and felt just as immersed in the material as ever.
